About Me

I am ITEC qualified and have been working as a therapist for the past ten years. I work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life, including business people, regular gym users, athletes and people who just want to relax and unwind with a stress-relieving massage. Massage is a great way to treat yourself and has many positive benefits for the mind and body.
My practice is based 5 minutes’ walk from Baker St and Marylebone tube stations, across the road from the London Business School.

Holistic Massage

Involves the use of refined oils on the body. Before the massage begins there will be a short consultation to establish the most suitable treatment. Sessions are normally an hour or 90 minutes.

- Helps reduce stress levels
- Improves blood lymphatic circulation
- Help induce a sense of total relaxation

Deep Tissue Massage

This involves using compressive techniques and can be done in conjunction with holistic massage.

What does it do?
- Helps alleviate the stress of physical activity on the body
- Speeds up muscle recovery after strenuous exercise
- Helps mobilise joints


A therapy that uses the feet to treat the whole body. It can be very effective as a means of reducing stress and encouraging relaxation. It can also stimulate the body's healing process.

What does it do?
- Boosts the immune system
- Improves circulation
- Reduces stress and increases energy levels
- Stimulates the body's own healing system

Home and Hotel visits are possible within Central London.
